First of all, FANTASTIC article! You shared some great tips, including this one which I try to do, but sometimes neglect so it's a great reminder. I always find when I return to a piece the following day I read it much differently than the day before when all of those emotions just spilled out. Editing is the trickiest part of writing for me.
