Great article! I left my last job for ALL of these reasons. I think the most difficult thing for me was the gossip and cliques. For me, this triggered my feelings of inadequacy when I wasn't including in their plans after work. It was also disheartening to put 110% in and not feel appreciated by a distant and hard to read manager.
