I loved this. As a former therapist, I can totally relate! These days, when I tell someone I'm a writer, they ask me where I write, assuming that if I call myself a writer I must be published in a major publication, and it feels like an awkward, "interesting," when 99.99999% of the people I talk to have never heard of Medium.
