The production team has reached out to the rest of the main cast of the original series: David Hyde Pierce, who played Frasier’s younger brother Dr. Niles Crane; Jane Leeves, who played Daphne Moon, Martin’s live-in physical therapist/caregiver and Niles' crush and eventual wife; and Peri Gilpin, who played Roz Doyle, the producer of Frasier’s radio talk show. However, all three of them have so far declined to take part in the new series. Grammer has said that he hopes they all will return.

I think you just made my day. Frasier is my go-to when I wake up around 3 every morning and can't fall back asleep. I am so excited to hear about this reboot. It is unfortunate that the rest of the cast will not be returning.
