Loved every word of this. I was severely gaslighted in my first marriage to a psychopaths (exaggerating...sort of). I NEVER thought of gaslighting the way you describe it, but my childhood mirrors yours in so many ways. Thank you for this perspective. It helps me make even more sense of my adult self.
